Shipping and Delivery Policy – Matrix

Please note that Matrix’s official working days are from Sunday to Thursday.

Friday and Saturday, as well as public holidays and official holidays, are official days off for all Matrix employees and our contracted shipping companies.

At Matrix, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we are committed to facilitating shipping and delivery processes and ensuring they are fast and secure, because your convenience is our priority.

Shipping and Delivery Process

Orders are delivered via the Matrix fleet. During peak times, we may utilize external shipping companies or authorized delivery personnel to ensure fast and efficient service.

The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the geographical area. Delivery times may vary depending on the city or logistical circumstances.

Matrix allows customers to choose a convenient delivery time whenever possible.

For urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Receipt

Receiving your order requires signing a receipt form to confirm that the products have arrived in good condition.

The order will be delivered to the address registered on the order. The signature of anyone present at that address will be considered official receipt of the order.

If delivery is not possible due to the recipient’s absence, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered daily, except for Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays within the country.

Important Shipping Information

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number via email, SMS, or notifications.

You can track your order status through your customer account on the Matrix website or app.

Shipping may take up to 15 business days from the date the shipment is handed over to the carrier, especially for international shipments or due to:

Incorrect delivery address

Customer absence

Customer procedures

Forceful or logistical circumstances beyond our control

Any damage or delay caused by the shipping company will be dealt with directly between the customer and the carrier, as all shipments are insured.

It is recommended to contact the shipping company directly before contacting Matrix to track the shipment status.

If the shipping company does not respond within 15 business days, please inform us so we can intervene and follow up.

Official holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time.
