1 – Changing Order Details

2 – Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of completing the purchase through customer service.

3 – Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same original payment method used for the order.

4 – Cancellation After 24 Hours

• Cancelling the order after 24 hours results in a 25% deduction of the order value.

• Cancelling after 48 hours results in a full deduction due to product manufacturing having already started.

5 – Accessory Variations

Some product accessories may differ from website images depending on availability in the Egyptian market, without affecting quality or usability.

6 – Product Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect the product before the delivery representative leaves.

7 – Acceptance Upon Receipt

Receiving the product is considered implied approval of its condition and confirmation that it is free of defects that prevent proper use.

8 – Return Due to Damage or Non-Compliance

If the product is damaged or does not match the requested specifications, the customer will receive a full refund with no return fees.

9 – Company’s Right to Cancel Orders

Matrix reserves the right to cancel any order during the preparation period without providing reasons, according to internal procedures.

10 – Product Removal or Modification

The company may remove or modify any product or website content at any time. Orders may be rejected even after confirmation due to exceptional circumstances.

11 – Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable to you or any third party for removing or modifying any content or for rejecting any order after confirmation.
